Sometimes you just ignore the aches.

Last week, by the end of Saturday, I had run 17.2 miles. While walking downstairs, the outer upper right corner of my right knee hurt a bit. I ignored it on Sunday and ran 5 miles. The pain diminished. I know that squats can make my knee hurt, but on Monday, I did my usual leg workout of deadlifts and squats. The pain disappeared. This week, at the end of Saturday, I've run 18.5 miles, and there is no pain in my knee. I want to run 6 tomorrow.

Go figure.
