I ran 6.2 miles today. I had planned for six but decided it would be nice to hit the 10K distance. I need to back off on my pace. It's steadily speeding up, and I feel stronger as the weeks pass. 

The charts are to keep me honest in my quest to increase my yearly mileage. I need to create a chart to show whether I'm on track to surpass 1,000 miles for the year and maybe 1,200.
