I like simple, whole foods, simple, so I know what's in them, whole, because whole, natural foods are almost invariably better for you. 

Imagine my pleasure when I returned from my run today to find this lunch: homemade salsa, crushed avocado, fajita chicken breast, grilled onions, and green peppers on a bed of brown Spanish rice. The salsa was made from half a can of chunky tomato, a quarter of a green pepper, a chunk of sweet onion, and a squirt of lime juice, which had been blended. 

I also made very good coffee using the pour-over technique.
